Amazing Para Educators

This week I've gone out to many different schools and have had the chance to work with many Special Education Teachers and Para Educators. I want to give a shout out to those Para's (you know who you are) that LOVE your job! You come to work excited to work with your students and each day is a new day. If yesterday wasn't so good, you don't let that get you down... you just move on.
I want to thank you, for willing to try new ideas, for following through with behavior plans, listening to our suggestions with open ears and minds. For taking your job to heart... for caring about your students.

I know that many of you aren't as lucky as I've been to work with so many passionate people who are 'on fire' to learn and share there knowledge of working with children with Autism.

I'm sure that many many days are difficult, that you never feel like the things you try make a difference. I hear to tell you that you are appreciated. That without your dedication and patience life in the classroom for our students would be much more difficult to bare.

So if you have an amazing Para Educator in your life... let them know how much you appreciate them.
